The company field is optional. Do not include health data, children&#8217;s data, passwords or other personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.<\/p>\n<p>A demo request does not subscribe you to advertising. If marketing communications requiring consent are introduced, consent will be requested separately, without pre-ticked boxes.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Brand information and third-party data<\/h2>\n<p>The assessment uses the brand context provided by the client and the query, page and source datasets used for the project. Any references to identifiable individuals will be limited to those necessary for the professional analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone providing data about colleagues or contacts must have a lawful basis for doing so. If a project requires personal data to be processed on the client&#8217;s behalf, the instructions, roles and safeguards will be defined in the corresponding data processing agreement.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Recipients and providers<\/h2>\n<p>Providers of hosting, technical maintenance, email, security, administration and billing services may access data as necessary. Their involvement must be limited to the service and applicable obligations. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required.<\/p>\n<p>For agency services, authorised agency and client users access information linked to their organisation and project. Reports are sent to the designated recipients. The person requesting delivery must check that the recipients are correct.<\/p>\n<p>The home page loads the Chart.js technical library from the jsDelivr CDN. When requesting this resource, the browser sends the provider technical information, such as the IP address. This resource does not require you to send the contents of the form. You can consult <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jsdelivr.com\/terms\/privacy-policy\">jsDelivr&#8217;s privacy information<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Brand data may be obtained with support from external digital intelligence providers. This does not mean that your tax details or the contents of your contact enquiries are sent to them by default.<\/p>\n<h2>5. International transfers<\/h2>\n<p>Some external services, including technical resources distributed via CDN, may involve access from countries outside the European Economic Area. Where processing requires it, the safeguards provided for by law must apply, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider and service. You can request information about the providers involved in your project and the applicable safeguards from the privacy contact.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Retention<\/h2>\n<p>Requests are retained for as long as necessary to respond to them and manage any resulting relationship. Account and service data is retained during the contractual relationship and afterwards where necessary for legal obligations or claims, with restricted access. Accounting and tax documentation is retained for the legally required periods.<\/p>\n<p>Cancelling a subscription does not automatically erase data. You may request erasure or export; data that can be deleted will be distinguished from data that must be retained by law. Where applicable, the specific terms will define how long deliverables and data remain available after cancellation.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Automated decisions and cookies<\/h2>\n<p>The VISOR assessment provides analysis and support for brand decisions. It is not used to make automated decisions about employment, credit or other individual rights. Changes and enquiries<\/h2>\n<p>This policy will be updated when relevant processing activities change. The update date appears at the top.
